Experience the world the way you were meant to with the support of mental health occupational therapy (OT).

Sensory Life Assessment & Wellness was established to help people of all ages develop a happy, balanced lifestyle through increased understanding of their unique sensory processing needs. We use a neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered approach to improve mental health, develop strategies for time management and executive functioning, and optimize life balance for neurodivergent children, teens, and adults.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Occupational therapy supports people of all ages in building the skills, strategies, and self-understanding they need to participate fully in daily life. Through a neurodiversity-affirming lens, OT addresses routines, roles, sensory processing, executive functioning, and overall mental wellness for participation in daily activities, helping individuals navigate the world in a way that honors who they are.

  • Services are available to individuals in Arizona and Ohio who can access telehealth. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing:

    • Neurodivergent traits (diagnosed or self-identified) & identity exploration

    • Executive functioning or sensory challenges

    • Anxiety, stress, or burnout impacting daily roles and routines

Sessions are grounded in a holistic, occupational therapy approach to mental wellness. You do not need a doctor’s referral, but some plans may provide more out-of network reimbursement if you have one.

  • The initial evaluation is $300.
    Follow-up sessions are $120 per one-hour session.

As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a Superbill upon request. This is a receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. You can learn more about how to submit Superbills by visiting the Resources tab on this website.

For families in Arizona, Sensory Life Assessment & Wellness is an approved ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) vendor. If your child is ESA-eligible, you may be able to use ClassWallet funds to pay for services.

Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about payment, insurance, or ESA eligibility. We are happy to help!

  • Step 1: Free 15-Minute Consultation
We’ll start with a brief call to discuss your needs, answer questions, and decide if this is a good fit.

    Step 2: Comprehensive Evaluation
Next, we’ll complete a 60–90 minute teletherapy session that includes:

    • A conversation about your daily routines, roles, barriers, strengths, and goals

    • Any relevant standardized assessments (sensory processing, executive functioning)

    • Follow-up surveys or questionnaires (if needed)

This step gives us a full picture of your sensory profile, executive function, and participation needs.

Step 3: Plan of Care & Ongoing Teletherapy
After the evaluation, your occupational therapist will create a personalized plan of care with goals tailored to your needs.
If therapy is recommended, we’ll schedule ongoing sessions—usually once a week or every other week to start, with frequency adjusting as progress is made.
