The ALIGN Model ©

A L I G N = Awareness Life Balance Intention Growth Nexus

The key to well-being isn’t work–life balance, it’s occupational alignment.

Occupational alignment is a state of harmony between how you meaingfully choose to spend your time and your values, needs, interests, and circumstances.

The proposed model hypothesizes that when we live in alignment, we experience greater satisfaction, health, and purpose. And collectively, aligned individuals strengthen the connection — the nexus — between personal and societal well-being.
