Co-regulation Station: YA Coaching Program

A neurodiversity-affirming coaching group for young adults (~18-29 years old) ready to learn new strategies for executive function and self-regulation without pressure or shame, all within a supportive, flexible co-regulation community.

→ This group is for neurodivergent young adults (~18–29 years old) navigating school, work, or life transitions who are searching for skills & a supportive community.

    Created by a neurodivergent occupational therapist, developed by insight from years of lived experience & professional observations
