Seeking a licensed occupational therapist with a passion for providing affirming, non-judgmental, skilled OT services to neurodivergent kids & families.

Join our team

Work somewhere that actually gets it.

We're a small, growing team of neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapists who believe that doing good work and being your authentic self aren't mutually exclusive. If that resonates — keep reading.

Who we're looking for

Genuinely neurodiversity-affirming

Not just familiar with the language — actually committed to strengths-based, client-led practice that honors autonomy and identity.

Trauma-informed

You understand the relationship between the nervous system, trauma, and daily functioning — and you bring that understanding into your practice.

A collaborator

You value collaboration and connection, even in an independent role. This is a 1099 contractor position — flexible, autonomous, and a great fit for someone who thrives working independently.

What we offer

A place where your values and your work actually align.

Fully telehealth

Work from anywhere in the US — 100% telehealth. Clients must be located in the state you're licensed in at the time of their session.

Neurodiversity-affirming culture

This isn't a practice where you have to advocate for your values. They're already the foundation here.

Mentorship from Dr. Colman

Clinical support, collaboration, and ongoing learning from an experienced, board-certified OT who is deeply invested in your growth.

Meaningful caseload

Work with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults who genuinely benefit from what you bring.

A small, values-driven team

We're growing intentionally — not just filling seats. Every member of this team matters.

Flexible scheduling

We believe in work-life balance — especially for a team that spends its days supporting regulation and well-being in others.
